Repeat appearance of Lord !

Srimate ramanujaya nama:

Priya arangan adiyar,

One of our donors & volunteer has responded beautifully after seeing the mail on the appearance of Lord Hayagreeva @ Hayagreeva Homam conducted by our Gurukulam children. He reminds us of an earlier appearance of Lord Krishna @ the same premises during Sudarsana Homam conducted by our Gurukulam children.

We are reproducing his words verbatim here.

In addition, we have attached the photos of the Sudarsana Homam where Lord Krishna appeared ( The Sudarsana mantram itself begins with " Krishnana, Govindaya.....") & the recently concluded Hayagreeva Homam.

Srimad Bhagavatam, 10.32.1,2 states:

iti gopya pragāyantya:  pralapantyaś ca citradhā
rurudu: su-svaram rājan  krshna-darśana-lālasā:

(Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: O King, having thus sung and spoken their hearts out in various charming ways, the gopīs began to weep loudly - (having lost Krshna from their sight and having searched for Him throughout the night...)

tāsām āvirabhūc chauri:   smayamāna-mukhāmbuja
pītāmbara-dharaḥ sragvī  sākṣān manmatha-manmatha

(Then Lord Krshna, a smile on His lotus face, appeared before the gopīs.
Wearing a garland and a yellow garment, He directly appeared as one who can bewilder the mind of Cupid, who himself bewilders the minds of ordinary people.)

- devout children and kainkaryaparas, pure and selfless souls, participating

- young Veda-brahmanas from various Divyadesams (our Gurukulam vidyarthis) and their masters invoking His name from their hearts and

- Acharya-purushas guiding and participating,

it is no surprise that the Lord finds the setting conducive to 'revealing' Himself!
also this is His 'repeat' performance.... His earlier appearance as Sri Krishna Himself in an earlier homam performed by our Gurukulam children was as remarkable ! Perhaps, He has made our hearts, His Home ! "
