Srimathe Ramanujaya Nama:
Priya arangan adiyar,
Lord Sriman Narayana exhibits himself in 5 states . Out of these 5, “Archa Roopam” is easiest to enjoy and experience his grace as said by Swamy Manavalamaamunigal in (Thiruvaimozhi Nootrandhadhi -26). Archaa Roopam means the easy to know form of idol.
In Archa Roopam, he acquires the form in which we like him. He accepts the name, we give him. He becomes as how we think of him continuously, says Poigaiazhwar in his Mudhal Thiruvandhathi . Thus emperumaan resides in Temples, mutts, our houses, etc. Out of these, there are 108 shrines worshipped and sung by Azhwars , the apostles of devotion. We cherish these places as "Divyadesams". Other than these 108, there are so many places in every village of our motherland with a lot of ethical and historical glory. He shower his grace everywhere. But nowadays, it has been very tough to perform even one time pooja for all those Emperumans. Many of those villagers don’t even know who is Swamy Ramanuja .
To redeem this pathetic condition, Srimaan Trust has launched its new project “gramam thorum Ramanujar “, which means Swami Ramanuja in each and every village. On the auspicious Amavasya day
(17.03.18), this project was launched.
According to this project , Swamy Ramanuja’s idol will be taken to a temple and the students of “Srimaan Bhattar Gurukulam “ will go to that shrine and chant Vedas, 4000 Divyaprabhandams, divine names of the Lord and conduct Bhajans . We will do Abhishekam and Neivedhyam to that Perumal and will be distributed to the villagers. Swami Ramanuja ‘s teaching will be taught to them . Srimaan Trust has started this endavour without expecting anything just to make people aware of the divine path shown by Swami Ramanuja .
For this divine service, we welcome broad minded volunteers.
On this Amavasya day (17.3.18) all the above rituals and services were done at a village “Pragambi “ near Trichy where Sri Prasanna Venkatesa Perumal bestows his grace.
If you want Swami Ramanuja’s teachings and grace at your village also, please call our volunteer in 8870073951.
